So for the people who have a question about losing hair, I have finally stopped losing hair and I am 7 months post op. It started around 3 month post op. And really no one noticed but me.

That's good to hear. Both that no one noticed but you AND that it stopped! My brush is full of hair but I don't think it looks too bad yet. I'm a little over 4 months out.

I'm going to have my surgery soon and I am concerned about hair lost. Would a weave make it better or worse you think?

The weave won't change how much hair you are going to lose, but if you lose a lot it might make keeping the weave in difficult as the hair it is attached to comes out.

My hairloss was terrible from mos 2-4. Started to improve at the beginning of month 5 and has finally stopped. (I hope.) I probably lost 1/3 to 1/2 of my hair. It was definitely noticeable but I didn't go bald or need a wig. Its growing back in though. I can't tell but my hair stylist mentioned that there was new growth. Yay.
