NO hunger at all....

Yes I very rarely feel true hunger. I have to remind my self to eat most days and I am 5 months out from RNY.

I'm 13 months out and still feel no hunger. I have to remind myself to eat some days!

Congratulations on your surgery

I am going on three months out from surgery and I don't have any hunger pains and its awesome, but Man do I get full fast.

It's nice to read others that are several years out and there experience, gives me a little in site, what to expect.

Ohh eat slow and chew chew chew, I found out what happens when you eat to fast and your brain finally catches up to a full stomach.
