A newbie question!

Ok I am sure this has been asked a million times before, but here I go anyway.  Is it very common to have a lot of gurgling sounds coming from your pouch or is it from the old stomach?  or what, and does it ever get better?

It's normal and for me depending what I eat always happens.  I am nearly 10 years out. 

Its normal. I am two years out and it still does it nearly every time I eat. It makes my husband laugh!

Noises from worst places will happen too :-)

It doesn't happen to me on every meal, or even every day.... but it is sure a lot more frequent than it used to be!  Really loud!  Kind of embarrassing at times at work when everyone is quiet!  

My mom is 9 years out from her RNY and I can hear her gurgles from across the room on a daily basis.  That's one of the reasons I didn't want the RNY.  Lucky for me, I do not have this issue.  The first few days I did, but I realized it was from eating Sorbitol.  Once I quit sorbitol, my tummy was feeling great.  No more gurgles.

I'm 11 months out, when I drink hot or cold liquids or eat too much my stomach gurgles.

I am six years out and sometimes have gurgling sounds. My kids get embarrassed and tell me to eat something!! lol

I don`t really notice it much, but i`m sure that my tummy makes noises after I eat. But doesn`t everyones? Even normal tummies?

The noise isn't actually from the remnant stomach, it is from the intestines.  It often gets better (not as much and/or not as loud), but most people have it at least sometimes.
