Moving to soft foods

At first, when I was cleared I tried EVERYTHING. I loved sweet potatoes, greek yogurt, cauliflower in various forms, cheese in every form, egg salad, tuna salad, salmon, chicken... you name it.

But in the last few days, some foods that I handled fine for a week or so are starting to come back up after just a bite or two. I wanted food for awhile, though I wasn't actually hungry and now I find, I don't want anything other than coffee, greek yogurt, deli meat, sliced cheese and popsicles.

1/4 cup? I was advised to eat 1/2 cup per meal at that point, now 3 oz of protein and two 1/4c sides (4 weeks out)

Beans are very good for you  and you can make it like mash potatoes . ?
