I am still reeling from the baseball game last night! I am a bit of a fanatic and when Mookie Bett**** the grand slam I was in the car driving to support group. I absolutely lost it! To the point where people in other cars were looking at me like they were either concerned or like I was crazy... maybe both.
Qotd: I am 2.5 months out so the NSV's are all over the place. The biggest ones are the clothes though. I am shocked by how differently some things fit now and am amazed by how much they hang off of me! One shirt in particular I have had for years and wore it when I would get down to about 240 when it would still be quite tight. Well I wore it last night at 218 and it looked like a sack!
Accountability: A little high on calories again yesterday, but everything else was good.

Happy Friday!! Love the pic's of you and Grim - adorable! So happy today is Friday and my half day at that. I am waiting for Rob to decide if we are headed to Palm Desert tomorrow (or not) to see his Dad. He has really been wanting to go, but it's such a trip - 12+ hour round trip and hot - 110 tomorrow. They invited us to stay the night, but Rob doesn't want to - my back hurts thinking about it. If not we will hike both Saturday and Sunday. I'm trying to get in as many as I can before football season.
QOTD - NSV - This may sound odd, but I finally recognize/resemble myself in my baby and childhood pictures. When I was SMO I looked so different that I just couldn't see myself and I was never able to connect to her in pictures which always made me sad. My brothers and sisters all looked the same as a child and adult, but not me. Now, I can totally see myself and I can't tell you how happy and complete that makes me feel. I had no idea the effect it had on me all these years.
Accountability - great
19mo post op - hanging on hard at 160.8
b- coffee x 1, scrambled eggs
l-leftover boneless pork loin chop
d-BBQ chicken breast
s SF popsicles
v/l - on track
e - walk, walk, walk
Have a great day!
