I worked in IT for several years - I used to deal with lots of problems between the keyboard and the chair!

One more picture from me. This is my new go-to meat treat...Stryve meat snacks. They have chicken and turkey ones that have 10-12g of protein and 5-7g of carbs. They are yummy but not as balanced as I'd like. I found these beef biltong ones online and ordered them in 3 flavors--original, teriyaki and pepper. They also have peri-peri and habenero, which are pretty spicy. These have 80 cal, 16g of protein and 1 g of carbs per ounce and are really yummy. They aren't as hard as some brands and the meat is cut very thin. They aren't the cheapest option, but I think they are worth the price. I found the Hawaiian chicken ones at my local GNC store and Amazon sells some. I bought these from the Stryve.com website. Always looking for something new, healthy and tasty!

Good morning :)

I have an appointment at the hospital and then my friend might bring her puppy over again. Other than that the only thing on my to do list is a nap. Puppies do not sleep well when it is warm. They alternate between snuggling me and sleeping on the cool bathroom tile floor.

QOTD: the further out I get the easier it is for me to forget or disregard NSVs. I think the best is just being considered average or normal. My weight hasn't even been any kind of big deal during this pregnancy. My OB is so understanding and keeps reassuring me that I will get the weight back off. Normally doctor's would be pitching a fit saying I needed to lose weight and be healthier.

Photo: this is my puppy 2 and his little mini me -- she is an 8 week old Bernese mountain dog and already half the size of my dogs. She is going to be huge so we are trying to get them to play now while she is still small. He still runs away from her when she tries to play. It's really cute.

Post-op three years and four months.

Breakfast - protein shake with blueberries

Snack - almonds and dates

Lunch - leftover chicken burrito

Snack - cheese and pepperoni

Dinner - pork roast and veggies

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.
