What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu, RNYers?
I was a straight New Balance wearer for many years because I have wide toes and a narrow heel, but then it was suggested that I try Saucony's and I love them!

QOTD - taking the stairs while talking to my coworkers is nice, not huffing and puffing while doing it is nicer! And tomorrow I am taking the intro to aerial aerobics finally! I promised myself I would do it when I reached below 200 so miss the time (the weight limit is actually 250 but I am skeptical and wanted wiggle room).
accountability - I didn?t feel well yesterday so ended up doing straight liquids - way low on calories as a result but hit protein and fluids.
B - protein + premiere
l - 1.5 oz mozzarella cheese
d - 12 oz steamed skim milk and celebrate vanilla swirl (I can sip this for the 5 hour flight home)
s - mini salami (if needed)
398 calories, 60 protein, 10 carbs
im traveling today so only have the photos on my phone - here?s one of my favorites. It?s an osprey baby ? and my very patient friend, captain Dave, kept the boat circling forever until I could get tthe ?perfect? photo.
