I am wondering if you could just tell her that you need some time to get your surgery and recover before you make any commitments? I would say just be honest with her and see if maybe you can guys can touch base after your recovery.

Good Morning Everyone! Thanks for starting us out, Cassie and thanks for the QOTD, Hillary!

QOTD: I can not wear high heels of any height. I have heel spurs which no longer bother me, but they sure would if I tried to wear heels. I cannot wear short sleeves or sleeveless tops because of my flappy arm skin and I have to wear bermuda shorts to cover up saggy inner thighs.

Accountability: Yesterday: Protein - 83, Calories - 1,025, Carbs - 131. YAY! I ate less yesterday. Must've been because I kept busy all day.

B: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks

L: soup

D: microwave meal

S: prosciutto & mozzarella sticks, light & fit Greek yogurt, banana

Have a great day everyone!

I also can't do heels, but it's more because I never quite got the hang of walking in them without looking super awkward and feeling like I'm going to break an ankle.

Good Morning Menuers,

I went to bed at 7:30 last night and woke at 5 this morning. Why is it that I still feel tired? Today the 'leadership team' from the BOE is coming for classroom visitations. I'm trying not to be nervous.

QOTD: I will never wear sleeveless again... unless I get my arms done.

10 months out and 165.5 today

M1: overnight oats

M2: PP chocolate shake (if needed)

M3: Good Eats enchiladas - found in the frozen section, I have never tried them before.

M4: Asian Pear with cheese stick (if needed)

M5: fish and green beans

Taking my dog for a walk after school and then hoping to get to the gym tonight. Have a great one!

I really like the good eats enchiladas; I'm not a fan of the pizza but find the enchiladas delish!

Ha, ha, ha I called it Good Eats enchiladas and they really were Real Good enchiladas. They were good but very greasy. Definitely will get them again when I am in a pinch.

I was wondering if there was another brand. I like the pork ones.

Good morning all. Its 19 here in the Chicago area. Brrr. I have a meeting in the suburbs this morning so I don't have to battle the traffic into the city, good news. Even though I could have slept in today I woke up super early. Looking forward to the Thanksgiving break and family coming in to visit us.

QOTD: I would not wear a tank top at any weight. For different reasons I am not sure if I could wear the new style of leather dress sneakers or if I am too old.

Breakfast: Boiled egg, sausage

Snack: Light and fit

Lunch: Pulled pork

Snack: Protein bar

Dinner: Hamburger

Have a great day, all.
