Great pictures and looks like an amazing time! Was there an iceberg room or were you just bundled up one of the days?

The Cruise ship had an Ice bar, was very small with a few ice sculptures and benches/bar made of ice. We had never been to an ice bar so decided to try it. Was fun, but cold!! LOL

Thank you to everyone for the kind words and encouragement yesterday. I spent most of the day resting between the bed and my recliner. Today I am trying to work from home for a few hours but time will tell. Just really tired, discouraged and out of sorts. I have a workout scheduled for this afternoon and will do my best to get outside of myself for a bit.

Food was pretty good yesterday with a couple of CarbMaster yogurts with berries and some EverRoast chicken for dinner.

Today's menu started with coffee and a combo of 1/2 cup plain oatmeal, 1/2 cup vanilla CarbMaster yogurt, blackberries & slivered almonds, tasty and relatively healthy. Probably more yogurt, cottage cheese and some TJ's ham since I'm out of chicken. Also trying to stay hydrated since it's hot & humid but sometimes the water is making me nauseated, so little sips.

Thanks my dear friends!

Good morning and Happy Friday! I am home until Monday - yay! way too many calls that start in 15 minutes and I over scheduled myself for this weekend to the point that I'm very much regretting it. I'll honor my commitments and I know I will have fun but it feels like work, I need to do better.

My conference this week was really good -- one keynote speaker was incredible; one was a bit annoying but overall, I really enjoyed it. They only included 88 of our 14K employees so I felt very privileged to attend and be seen as part of our key leadership.

I haven't gotten in my exercise yet today but I have been on track for my 31 days of exercise in July -- including doing yoga with coworkers two days this week (they had a wellness track every morning) -- I once started staying at a different hotel than my peers so I wouldn't run into them in the gym when I was heavier so not only working out with thembut motivating others to join the group for the first time was a huge NSV for me! I think I will either do a streaming video or walk..probably walk.

Editing to add QoTd -- my friends and i do an oscar party every year and i"m 100% convinced we should replace all the red carpet shows - we are funnier, more knowledgable and did I mention funnier?

Menu today is

b - jimmy dean frittata -- I tried these for the first time, not sure they will stay in the rotation after this box is gone

L - L&F and cheese stick

D - real good foods jalapeño poppers (in my new air fryer after Emmiepie mentioned how good they were in the air fryer, I had to get one)

S - half & half in my coffee/tea and a L&F greek

Have a fantastic Friday everyone!

Pix are from my room at the conference - very stormy week so no sun but awesome view.

Delish! I may have slightly over cooked them by using the same time as in the regular oven but loved how crispy they were!

Yay for the NSV. We exclude ourselves from so much fun in life because of our weight.

Regarding the Jimmy Dean frittata, I didn't like them either. But try the eggwich, they are so good.
