yea - that southeastern quadrant is not the most scenic place on the planet, for sure. We have rolling hills where I am - and it gets hillier the closer you get the Mississippi. And the northern third of the state is mostly forest (haven't been up there in YEARS, though...)

I am dragging myself to a networking event this morning. I'm not sure why, but I am really dreading going. Well maybe I do know why -- I wont know anyone there, and I'm basically going to meet people to that will hopefully like me and want to buy consulting work. It is hard putting myself out there like that.

QOTD: this is hard b/c I've regained a lot and I always loved exercise. But maybe how much I actually really enjoy eating vegetables. and I can run FAST - not super fast right now, but when I lose 30 more lbs, I will be able to. I was an athlete in college and heavy and never thought I could be fast. (not crazy fast but fast for me - 2 hour half marathon and I've hit a 7:30 mile).

Accountability: yesterday was great. Crossfit killed me and food was as planned.

Today - probably no formal workout. I will likely take the boys for a walk.

You type like your weight gain was due to poor choices and bad habits. I think having twins is a great reason to regain some weight. Stop being so hard on yourself. Your post lead me to believe your back on the right track and your raising babies. You should be nothing but proud.

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I have our first long walk in and will do more later. Accountability was so so yesterday. Great on steps and food was good till stress got me and I ate half a donut. This convention is full of a bunch of really fake people and I'm just tired of being nice. Also found out yesterday afternoon that the knee pain and swelling the youngest son had after an injury at work is caused from a torn ACL.Hence the donut. Today's a new day though and here's the food plan for the day B 2/3c earnest eats hot cereal L 4oz chicken salad D 4 oz whatever protein hubby grills. I will stay away from the donuts and try not to punch anyone. QOTD to know that I can do anything I set my mind to do. Have a wonderful day full of smart and healthy choices!
