Good morning All! It's supposed to cool down dramatically here for the next few days. Like down 20 degrees from yesterday. I should get out in it and move. We'll see!

QOTD:

  • Grateful that my community is recovering and showing our strength. We have hundreds of board feet of plywood up over windows and doors damaged in the riot. I'm attaching just one photo today of what the artists in our community are doing with these blank canvases.
  • Getting my hair cut and colored tonight -- Woo hoo!
  • My husband is retired and does all our shopping. Yesterday was his normal day to shop, and I came home to fresh flowers throughout the house (he does this often for me). I love that he knows how happy fresh flowers make me.

Menu:

B: coffee and 1/2 PP shake

L: chicken and roasted cauliflower

D: pork chop and sweet potato

S: 1/2 PP shake.

Peace Everyone!

Love the creativity of using the boards.
Also, so very cute of your husband to buy flowers.
Lisa, have you been hearing anything about SDSU opening up in the fall? In various zoom calls we've had they go back and forth about classes and dorms.

Nothing yet, Sheila. I drive by the school everyday on my commute and the only sign up on the Aztecs sign reads "ONLY CRITICAL PERSONNEL ARE ALLOWED ON CAMPUS". If see or hear any tidbits, I'll shoot you a note.

Good Morning JB and Menuers,

It is officially Friday for me. My first PDO since February 9th and boy I am looking forward to it.

I love todays Meme Andre the Giant was a favorite of mine as I was growing up. Everyone looked up to him. LOL Sorry bad pun. However yes been rocking the swim suit and feeling good.

I got my Laird superfood Turmeric Creamer and sipping as I type. Well verdict is ? yuck. It's not your fat laden crap creamer that comes in a bottle. However there is still coffee so that helps. I am going to try this and the other flavors to see if I can get used to it. If not I will go right back to the stuff I should not really be putting in my body. I would only recommend this if you really want to bump up your health game.

QOTD: Bathing suits looking good. Exercise has stayed consistent through out the pandemic. I have tomorrow off. Tomorrow our section of PA turns to green so we can get Nails done and hair and restaurants and gyms are open. Just not my gym. I have not had any notice when PF will reopen but I got my run game going and I'm good.

Accountability: I baked salty marshmallow cookies and ate one.

TSS: 2 years 5 Month 24 day 133 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oikos Salted Caramel triple zero Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato

L: chicken bake and poor man ceviche

D: Grilled pork steaks and vegies.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been good. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: Going out to dinner so there will be no time.

Everybody have a Great day.

Brightest Blessings,

Chrissy
