I have been trying to spot the popcorn ones too, not that I would even want to eat them-it's the hunt that intrigues me.

Yeah me too, I was just "on the hunt", too... I wasn't going to eat an entire bag...

Good morning!

The dogs decided they needed their potty and snacks at 5:30 this morning. I love them but this **** is for the birds. I literally never get to sleep to my actual alarm time!

QOTD - It used to be SKOR for me. That buttery toffee with chocolate on it, omg. I never really see them anymore. However, we always have bags of fun size candy in the fridge to include milky way, three musketeer, snickers, kit kat, etc. I have one every now and then, I like cold chocolate.

Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee, cold topo chico

Lunch - chickpea salad, crackers and cucumber slices

Snack - sliced apple, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter

Snack - yogurt with chia seeds

Dinner - I really want tacos or pizza, but I'm open to anything.

Good morning all! So thankful Friday is finally in sight! This week has about run me ragged! I've been so busy and super stressed with work. Not sure what the deal is this week, but I'm ready for a break. Today I give the kitten her third dose of medication.....well technically it's her fourth since the first dose was given at the vets office, but it's the third dose I've had to give her so I don't count that first one. Lol. Hopefully this one goes just as well as the first two. Then I'll only have one more to go before we are DONE with the medication! Yay!

QOTD: this is tough because I've always been a candy/chocolate fanatic! Ones that always call my name are Reese's, Twix, Milky Way and those darn cookies 'n' creme Hershey's! However, when it comes to candy I'm not picky. Whenever I check out at the grocery store now my back is always facing the candy and I make it a point NOT to look!

B: coffee w/Splenda x 2

B2: L&F Greek yogurt and a banana

L: 2 oz low sodium turkey breast and a hard boiled egg

D: chicken sausage and green beans

S: L&F yogurt and fruit or a premier protein shake

hi all- did gym after work and grocery store. thank goodness. now I have more food like egg whites etc, very important.

woke In the night with the worst acid? of my life from my waist to the top of my back on both sides. It was burning so I'm assuming acid though I took something before bed. I had to drink a glass of unsweet almond milk and eat a few crackers to settle it. it was horrible. so no cardio for me this morning- sleeping was a bit more important.

QOTD: I like that zero bar, the peanut m&m, the peanut bar with the caro syrup like stuff holding it together, and the peanut logs. then I like really good dark chocolate.

Good morning friends.

Not feeling great this morning. I'm so very tired and sore. Same story...different day I know. Kind of feel like a zombie.

not all to sure what today holds...I'm hoping not a lot. Might run to sams club late this morning. They have quest chips(I only like the tortilla style ones and these are the ranch and nacho) for far cheaper than buying by the single bag. They are good to have around at 3 points a bag if I want something chip like. I'd like to run to target, they have the loaded taco in a multi pack too. I doubt we do that though.

weight was up a bit but I know it's likely water as I feel kind of bloated.

qotd: I like the take 5 one a lot but I like...no love! chocolate. I love the dark chocolate KitKats and of course peanut m&ms along with the coffee nut m&ms! If it's chocolate I tend to eat it lol
