Topic: I fear throwing up!! Will I?????
Hi Guys,
I am thinking about doing this surgery (VBG or Gastroplasty -- have not decided really) and I am very nervous. Also, I hear from a LOT of people that they throw up all the time. One lady said she became a pro at throwing up while driving! I have not puked in 11 years, and I dont want to start now! I have a horrible fear of it -- I dont know why!! My question is, does everyone throw up after surgery for some reason or another? And is there anyway to avoid it? Is it horrible like when your sick? I know this is kinda weird, but Im just super curious! And if there is anyone with my same phobia, please please please let me know Im not alone!!

I must say that you are amazing to me...only a few pounds away from your first goal!!! That is just wonderful and you continue to inspire me with your progress
I just made it to severly obese once I hit the century mark and one day I hope to make it to my goal of 175#. Keep up the great work and keep us posted! I love hearing from you regularly. You keep me on track and I don't know what I would do without your support.

Well, I have finally got back on the weight loss plan. I officially lost 9# last month. I am working towards 197#. Which would make me officially ONLY Obese. Not Super Obese, not Morbidly Obese, not Severely Obese... Just Obese... Woo Hoo -- Hoping to get there by 8/2/05. After that I am heading for #169 (Overweight). Now both of these goal markers will be AMAZING for me! After those... I am heading for Plastic Surgery. I am planning a lower body lift first.

Hello melanie fruit has a lot of natural sugar and calories so watch the fruit smoothies. try plain yogurt pureed beans chili is high in protien crystal lite is well tolerated by most.and tastes better than water sometimes. take your time you are newly operated on your new stomache will geet stronger and stronger as time goes by

I had a sleeve gastrectomy 7 weeks ago and gas x really got me through it tastes ok it is chewable and it works fast
