Here is a recipe that the family had tonight. It was delicious and very sleeve friendly so i wanted to share. Click link above and give it a try. For my toppings, I used regular pizza sauce, fire roasted onions/peppers, mozzarella, and finely ground turkey sausage or pepperoni. I also added a few crumbles of feta cheese. According to livestrong, it has 186 calories, 15g carbs, and 15g protein.
Wasnt sure if it had been shared previously, but wanted to share just in case. Tried to post pics of ours but wasnt able to paste them within post. I'll try for posting in profile shortly.

Looks really good....I just can't seem to tolerate tomatoes very well since surgery, unfortunately..
However, if you google Potabello Mushroom Pizza or check on FoodNetwork, you'll find lots of variations. (R Ray has several, I think). Some with crab meat, chicken, etc.
Really tastes good and a good size!

This one is really terrific. I leave off the sauce and just use a tsp of Extra Virin Olive Oil (as I said-no tomatoes)
