Body shakes, freezing cold, nausea, diarreha and two young daughters who are vomiting.  I've drank some tea, one protein shake, had a popsicle and two saltines w/sliced cheese (cheese was not my wisest choice) since I woke up at 5 am.  What should I eat/drink?  Are saltines/toast okay?

Hydration will be very important keep drinking!  You have what they call a stomach flu? Vomiting? versus Influenza in your lungs?

I think broths and liquids may be best to keep hydrated untill you can hold something down.

Get some pedialyte freezer bars.  They will be good for all of you.  A plain baked potato will help with diarrhea.  PLAIN    Soup would be good, but not cream based until stomach settles.. My surgeon has immodium on his approved med list.  I don't know if it is ok for children. Hope all of you feel better very soon.
I am not big boned!  Bones don't jiggle!
