I had them at a little over 4 weeks out and never had an issue with them. They chew down to mush really well. I usually count out about 20 pieces of dry roasted peanuts and put them in little sandwich size ziplocs that way I won't just sit there and munch on them, lol.
nuts are a staple in my diet (esp. all the blue diamond flavored almonds) as well as the peanuts, walnuts. i snack on them after exercise for a quick protein pick me up . i started incorporating at my 8 weeks . it went down fine and the fiber keeps me regular. lol
