Bad Day

 One month out and I am doing pretty good, but today is a bad day. I have serious allergies and they are draining. Now my normal remedy includes a coke and some toast. What is a girl to do now??

May I suggest Clariten and Flonase instead of a Coke and toast?

In all seriousness Clariten and Flonase are what I use for my allergies, but when the polin is at its worst, even that doesn't fully work.  I suspect that the Coke soothes your throat; I'm wondering if ho****er with lemon would do the trick?

I like a Sonic light lemonade with strawberries . It has a few calories in it but I count them and it is sour/tart and cuts the drainage stuff. It really helps me and I have HORRIBLE allergies.

Claritin makes a melting pill... Doesn't taste bad, either!
