Breakfast:  1/2 protein bar
Snack: Water, then some more water
Lunch: 1/2 of a lean cuisine
Snack: popcorn (not too much - it's a splurge - I haven't been hungry all week, but today I am!)
Dinner: ???
Water:  That's all I drink
Exercise: Hitting Gold's gym after work
Attitude:  Awesome!! So happy - wearing my brand new size 16 jeans today!!

 First time I've posted to your thread Ms. Shell... but read it all the time!

LND:  baked parm cheese cracker (about 5" in diam) w/deli turkey and grilled peppers on top
LNS:  sugar free jello

B:  Protein shake w/1 tsp of Chocolate Fudge sf/ff pudding mix
S:  na
L:  Chicken w/1 tbs enchilada sauce/ff sour cream and salsa...and a little cheese on top
S:  ??
D:  ??
S:  ??

Water:  about 20 oz so far
Exercise:  Hope to get 2 miles in on the treadmill today

VSG on 05/04/10 with
Celebrating a 3.1 wieght loss for the week today and I'm finally in Onederland! :)  Today's been a great day.

L:  Oh Yeah protein wafer

D:  1 rib, 3 bites of mashed sweet potatoes (awesomeness), 3 bites of corn on the cob
