Lately when I'm sleep I have been getting cramps in both my legs that wakes me up all hours of the night. Can anyone relate?

Haven't had them since surgery, but it use to happen sometimes pre-op.  Probable problems - not drinking enough, low potassium, low calcium.

Be sure to check it out with doc.  I didn't have leg cramps, but you may be low on electrolytes.  Try gatorade and Smart bottled water.

Yup, up your water if you're not getting enuf. And I put an inch of banana in my protein shake smoothie 2 times a day. No cramps for me. Good luck!

Hey,
I get those occasionally - is it like your calf and thigh muscles that cramp up?
When I get them it hurts like a *****!
Sometimes it can be caused by dehydration (not an issue for me)
Or being low on certain levels of potassium, calcium, and other minerals in your blood.
good luck,
Jason
