A yummy find!

I am currently 5 days post-op and IN LOVE with trim creations chocolate fudge bars from my schwann's delivery guy! They are 50 calories, 0 fat, and 3 protein, at 2 ozs, they sit in my new tummy great! Thought I would share...

Lol, it's a frozen food delivery service, lots of good ice cream things, meals, etc. They come through our neighborhood every 2 weeks, kind of expensive, but convenient. I'm in MI, not sure if a regional thing.....

14grams of carbs is too many for me, but I bet it tastes really good! I keep my carbs at least half of what the protein is. Since my protein is at 70-80 grams My carbs are kept at 35-40. It's not for everyone but it works for me.

Yeah, it is a lot of carbs, I will be worrying about that after I get through these first 2 weeks
