Where were you 2 months in?
Hello i have surgery, 3/1/11 so i am 2 months out today!!! i am at a 40lbs weight loss since surgeys and a 25lbs weight loss before.. i eat about 600-700 calories a day and about 100oz of fluids i get to the gmy about two times a week but chase my children ALL DAY EVERYDAY DAY LOL i like to think this helps, i found that when i was eating, was more of a problem like eating to late at night and not eating somthing right when i got up in the morning, i always start with a protien shake first thing before i do anything, also watch your sodium, but congrats on your weight loss and keep up the great work!!!!
I had surgery January 27th and I weighed 276 and I am now 217.2 as of two days ago. I work out oftern about 4-5 times a week for about and hour. Calories I am eating is usuaully about 500 on a regular but if I indulge in hiher calorie things then about 800. I am still having a tough time getting in all my fluid, maybe i drink 4 bottled waters a day. I feel like I can eat more than I did right after surgery. But I can not eat more than a cup of food. My doctor told me that I should try to stay towards a 1/2 cup of food, so I am being more observant of my portions. It sounds like you are doing well! Keep up the great work :)
Two months out I was 229lbs from 276. I had to refer back to my health ticker to see lol. I stalled around that time.. It was hard for me to break the 230 marker, and then again around 226. But it started moving again and here I am.
I think you are doing great and eveyone else who has commented are doing well too! Congrats to you all!

I am 5and 1/2 weeks out and I have lost 28 pounds. I am eating around 500-800 calories. I get all of my 64ounces in. I am walking and exercising 5 days a week (30-45 min/day). I just went to the Dr on Friday and he said I am doing great. From the sounds of it you are doing pretty good as well. Everyone loses at a different rate because of our metabolism and how much we have to lose as well as other issues we may have (hormones and so on). Trust your sleeve. Drink more water and know that it will come! You are doing well!
