Hello,

May 10th was my One Year Surgiversary! One year later I am 93 lbs lighter, a size 8 and counting and feeling on top of the world! It has been quite a few months since I have posted anything here but I need to start again to help my self with accountability. Sometimes I am off of the path but otherwise Im doing well. My health has been and continues to be very good. I hope all of you including the "May Flowers" are all doing well. Let me know...
