and another pound down... another one gone... another one bites the dust... thats my new SONG!!!!
so... Today i met GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "short term" goal that is... 220!!!!! YAY!!!!!

Now I'm stalling at 219. I went up a pd today. I'm just sick of these stalls girl.... I've been eating kind of rough (not what I supposed to eat for like a week) but didnt gain anything but the yesterday I decided to eat on program and I gained a pd I'm pissed off but can't be mad at nobody but myself but I notice I went up a pd today once I tried to eat only on program with no snacking. This weight loss stuff is crazy.... Sorry for venting but congrats on your pd!

GUIDELINE:
600-800 Calories
NO MORE THAN 40 Grams of CARBS.
Eat healthy snack healthy... veggies for my snacks.. i am dipping into blue cheese dressing.. but its less than 1 ounce .
and PRESTO!!! Pounds are melting off.... I go out for a low carb "6carbs" frozen yogurt during break at work... makes me feel normal and im no way near my 40 grams of carbs... been eating broccoli, greenbeans, and spinach for snacks... i have one tbsp of peanut butter at night to curb the hunger.... and then im right under my carbs for the day... The hight protein keeps me very full... the carbs were making me hungry before.. but i wasnt paying mind to carbs until the correction.... 1 lb a day so far and broke my stall and met goal in 3 days.. im eating baked fish, grilled, blackened, any way except fried... and baked chicken... sticken to easy and safe... two veggies for sides no starch..
