Carb Monster help!

well don't hit the chips. not good. my surgeon says eat 10 almonds. filling and has protein. there are high protein pretzels from Eat rite that aren't bad. Some folks swear by the Trader Joe's seaweed chips. A small amount of plain popcorn would be better than chips. Flat out flatbread makes some low carb chips.

Also, a mission brand low carb  tortilla microwaved for 2 to 4 minutes on low with a sprinkle of parmessan cheese ****il just when it starts to darken a little) and then allowed to cool will get crisp an good. only this brand works.

But looking back at my food journal I ate none of this stuff early out and its really best to avoid it right now for best long term results. You can put this stuff off for a while and just eat some protein every time you crave this stuff. Time to create better habits - will make the long term weight loss go better. GL  Diane
