Food Porn! Filet Mignon Turkey

So my doc has not released me to eat steak yet. I was in Publix and found Butterball Filet Mignon made of turkey meat! They are delicious. Cooked weight was 5.3oz I can eat like almost half. They have 220 calories, 8g fat, 3g carbs, and 35g protein. That is per filet. They come 4 in a package. Not as fancy as Frisco, but delicious. See pics below:

Yum!  did you grill the mushrooms too?

I just pan sauteed the mushrooms in a little olive oil and seasonings. I usually throw in some red wine, but I was afraid I would drink it. I am really missing wine with dinner.

        Looks really good!  Thanks for the tip...will have to search for it as we don't have Publix here.  Will definitely keep an eye out for it...am sure your "puppy-kids" enjoyed the leftovers mentioned in your other post (KNOW ours would!)!  Viv
