Sleeve tight recently- 11 months post-op
Over the last week my sleeve has been markedly tighter. No change in diet. The only thing I can think of is seasonal allergies, pollen is high. Can that be a cause?

I would 2nd the stomach acid thoughts?
I can tell you when I go into allergy season, or have major sinus drainage, my sleeve can not take in as much food because the drainage is in my stomach. It's kind of gross to be honest. I take Sudafed, or Mucinex D to dry it all up and get it out of my system. During allergy season, I also use Zyrtec religiously to avoid these issues.
