Whats for breakfast?
I whipped together with recipe this morning cause I come to the realization in order to stay focused and dont go on a binge go shopping pick up healthy stuff even if you never eaten it before and when its time to make something just throw some items together in the blender if necessary and eat it (of course you flavor it). So this is what I did... I blended some broccolli,tomatoes,pickles,olives,mushrooms,apples and heated the pan threw in the egg beater cooked one side cause the egg gets pretty thin in the pan when you only use a little and put mixter on the other added some cheese and closed it. It looks good smells good and bam 5 smalls bites and I think Im full.. This will last me all week to finish this unless I throw it in the blender and make soup ewwww it sounds nast y but hey I might just try it lol....
