Yes, sleeping on your side is perfectly OK. I rolled onto my side as soon as I got to my hospital bed from recovery. I'm a side sleeper and can only sleep on my side. When you want to get up from bed, first roll to your side and then push up from there. It's the easiest way to get up.

Hang in there. It gets better every day.

At first I didn't. Couldn't. Just get in as much as you can. Do your best. After I got tired of always feeling like I was force feeding myself I cut myself some slack. I do the best I can and I feel great.

Now, go to bed and sleep on your side. All the best to you.

Omg. I am having the same issue. I got sleeved yesterday and I feel sore when I move. I sleep on my side but it feels bad to lay on my sides.

They won't give me water until today. Said it would make me nauseous.
