I am 3mths post op and had my 1st gain. Not happy but staying focused and rethinking what I've done this past week that could have contributed.

I did eat fried fish, my aunts were have a Fish Fry and lordy it was smelling good!!!

The gain was only .5 but still disheartening.

This week will kick up the exercise, protein and water.

Come on sleeve, lets kick BUTT!!!!

Don't worry!  Everyone's weight fluctuates a little.  It's usually water weight.  For me, sodium does it, so I try to be mindful of that.  Stick with your plan and it will come off.

For you to be three months out and never gained is a miracle to me.  I fluctuate alllll the time!  Drives me crazy, but at the same time I have gotten accustomed to my scales ups and downs and I never count the ups because I know it is nothing bu****er weight or my clothes or the fact I haven't taken a poo in a couple days.  Don't sweat it!

3 months and one gain?  I'll take that deal!

You've done great.  Don't sweat it.  Lift your chin up & go forward.  It's a new day.

Current weight: 170 lbs.

Once I reach goal, this cow will be killed & eaten... 2 ounces at a time.

Total includes 56 lbs. lost on 2-month low carb pre-op diet.  Start date 9/13/10.
