So I'm about to begin my "full liquid" stage.  I am SO OVER the clear liquids!  What in the world can I have besides soups in the can that will be nice and different?  Anyone have some great ideas for me?  What was your favorite thing during this stage?  Thanks!

Cream soups and protein shakes is about all I can remember, sigh....

Yep, full liquids has slightly more variety than clear liquids, but it's still pretty limited.  You'll find some ideas in my surgeon's diet guidelines.

My full liquids included yogurt (no fruit pieces) does yours ? If so, I froze it, and made yogurt pops, added some sugar free syrups to it. I bought soups from the market (not canned kind) and blenderized it forever, then strained it. I loved squash and apple from panera bread.

Anything you can fit through a straw that doesn't have chunks. I pureed cottage cheese in addition to some of the other things mentioned. Mostly I drank protein drinks and water during this phase.

Thanks for the input.  Can't wait to eat some "real" food!

My favorite items were strained cream of chicken soup, and strained cheesy brocolli soup.
