A total NSV for me!!
Me being a HUGE emotional eater, this weekend has proved I can fight those urges. I had a housewarming party (sounds like fun right?) Well, 30 people who had RSVP'd did not show up, no call nothing (made me 
) Stress, sadness, etc I used to EAT my feelings away. Not this weekend!!! Instead I Wii'd my life away to the game Just Dance 1 & 2. So instead of stuffing my face, I danced!! I am so proud of myself about this - that I can change myself for the better!
