I can jog???? LOVE MY SLEEVE!!!

 Today I am 6 months post op and 95 pounds down. I decided to go for a walk. As I was walking I decided to try to jog and see if I could make it to the end of the road. I RAN and I made it. Caught my breathe for a few seconds and kept going. I CANT believe I could do that?! And hardly anything on me shook around so it wasn't uncomfortable!!! 

Good job. before you know it you'll be running a 5K too!!

OMG! I cant imagine ever running. I tried once and felt like everyone was looking at the fat girl trying to run. I couldnt even make a lap! What a great thing! maybe after my surgery Ill try!
