Well, I can't really give you a recipe.....I'm trying to work it out....the problem we all face is that most recipes are for serving 4-6 people......or 16-24 VSG persons !!!

I'm trying to work it out so it's Fast, easy and simple......and of a proper quantity.....by doing this it should be very economical with little waste. Not that I'm trying to come up with single serving solutions..... just trying not to feed an Army.

Also during testing (since I'm not a cook) I'm trying to replace ingredients lower in carbs and fats and experimenting in small portions allows me to "chuck it" if it's not working out.

HI love Butter Chicken also.....So I went to an Indian market to buy the spices. I think it is going to be a great "go to" meal. I know it's not proper Butter Chicken.....More like Butter Chicken Sauce over grilled chicken. I'm hoping the sauce will be good on anything.

Here is the list of the ingredients I used: (my next try I'm gonna try and eliminate some....get down to the essentials)

Chopped onion

Freshly grated ginger

Minced garlic

jalapeno, seeded and minced

Smart Balance oil

Garam masala

Chili powder

Ground coriander

Tomato paste

Chicken broth

Half&Half

Sour Cream

Greek Yogurt

Bay leave

pepper

salt

Smart Balance Butter

Cilantro
