Congratulations ...reaching your goal in 8months! That is awesome. You look amazing. Looks like you dont have any
 problem with loose skin. Did you do weight training for your arms? My goal weight is also 164- I am just now starting the process. My first appt. with surgeon is this week. Curious what he thinks my goal weight should be. Curious could you tell me what size clothes for 164 lbs. It has been many years since I have seen 164. Again congratulations on your accomplishment...I would be thrilled to reach goal 8 months post-op
