A Syntrax Nectar Protein Trick

I really like variety and the Nectar protein has quite a few different flavors to choose from. The one issue I had was everytime I mixed a smoothie, it got soooo foamy!

I always used my blender bottle.

I tried one this morning just stirring it gently with a fork. It worked awesome! Protein powders are NOT all the same and most of them would have been very clumpy! Nectar is very soluable and mixed just fine!

I really love adding the cappacino to my decaf coffee.... but.... You have to add it to skim milk and stir and then to the coffee or else it clumps in the hot coffee. Its sooooo good.

Hi! Thanks for the tip! I just ordered a sample pack because I'm bored with About Time. My only beef is that bariatric pantry's shipping is a kinda steep. I also put you down as the person that referred me. :)

Yeah, I've always stirred mine. I HATE foam.

Netrition.com sells it as well. It appears to be a couple dollars more, but their shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 so it might be worth it if you are placing a large order!
