I HIT MY GOAL.....

I steeped on the scale this morning and it read 220lbs.... That is the goal i set for myself when i started this journey. So in 15 months and two days i was able to loss 374 lbs I have a hard time to believe it myself I started with a weight of 594lbs. To day life is great....
