finally broke that mean stall!!!!!!

I am finally losing weight again.  It can get so depressing when you do everything right and still dont lose weight.  but thank goodness its over and Im back to losing... now I am more motivated to work out.....lol  

how long did it last?? i've been in one for a week and i'm 2 weeks out lol losing my mind!

it lasted 2wks!! It seemed like forever! lol  I didnt lose but about 4lbs the first two weeks. after that I was losing about 4 to 5 lbs a week for a while.

Mine lasted for one week exactly. I've lost 4 pounds in the last 5 days after being at the same weight for 7 days.

Well I hope mine breaks tomorrow !!!! That would make me happy

Here's my standard answer to "pauses" that everyone calls a stall:

A stall is something that last 6 weeks or more.  You are in a correction period.

Weight loss is like a teeter-totter....

On one side is pounds, the other inches....

If you stop going down on pounds, the inches will go down .  Are you measuring? 
Then the inches will slow and pounds will drop...


this is normal and NOT a stall, it's a correction period that your body uses to catch up.....

 I've been in a pause for what seems like a lot more that 6 weeks.  I was researching "stalls" and I came across you explanation.  I really like that answer and it makes sense.  I have been a the same weight FOREVER!  but my cloths are fitting better.  Thanks for your answer.  It definitely helps.  Thanks!
