Well this morning I weighed and I was 299,no more 300s it feels great.Im only a week out but im doing good,im able to drink,slowely,able to eat my mushy stuff,only this is the lactose intolerance,but im started to take the lactaid chewables,before the protien shakes.Pain is not near as bad just soreness and mostly refers to my lower back.
