Will I have to wait another month for my surgery??

 My surgery is in 9 days and I don't know how I did the stupidest thing and forgot to go to my last and final VERY IMPORTANT Dr. appt!!! I don't know how other  insurance Co work but I have HIP insurance and they need to clear you for surgery. So my surgery clearance appt was scheduled for the 3rd this past Friday, So I'm hoping that because of the holiday I will be pardoned and be able to get in there early Teusday so my doc can fax everything over for clearance and I can be all set for surgery. I would hate after waiting all this time my silly mistake would push back my surgery date back cause I am sooooooo anxious guys! Has this happened to anyone???  

My clearance appointment was the day before my surgery.  Call the doctor's office first thing Tuesday morning and explain.  Hopefully you've passed all the tests and all will be fine.

Don't sweat it; timing is everything. Like fysicsgrl said, call the doctor first thing Tuesday and you should be fine.
