How to stop loosing

So how do you slow down the weight lose when you hit goal at 7 months out? I started my Journey 3/21 and i am 15lbs from Goal.  How do you maintain without loosing any more weight?

Slowly increase your calories.

Increase your calories by 100 calories a day for a week and keep increasing until you stop losing weight! Keep your focus still on getting in your protein to keep your muscle mass up but you can start adding in some carbs.

EAT MORE!!  :)

But get to goal first and then add calories.  It will be easy to gain back some or stop losing if you so wish.

 Increase your calories and eat more.. I finished at 7 months but still continued to lose.. I went under my goal weight of 140 and I am hovering between 132-135... I just keep eating haha.. Doctor told me my body will get the idea and I will plateau and eventually gain 5 more or so back..
