YIPPPEEEE!!!!!!!!

Ok here we go, long story short,  had surgery on 04/08/11, I was 272 lbs.  First month was a struggle and lost about 25 lbs.  But after I got my gas under control and started my no carb way of life, I am now 5 months out and have lost 75 lbs in 5 months.  I now weigh 195 lbs, I finally can say I'm at WONDERLAND!...This has been the best decusion of my life.  Just wish I done it sooner.  Good Luck!!!
