5 month update WITH PICS FIXED!!!!

Well I guess its alomost time for my 5 month update.  Its a few days early but this may be my only chance.   Since my surgery 5 months ago I have lost 66.6 lbs.  I dont regret getting the sleeve only that I didnt get it sooner.     I have  went from 289 to 222 in five months and from a 52 BMI to a 39 BMI.  Pretty much everyone knows that I had the surgery.   I have only ever heard one negative comment and that was when a good friend of mine saw me for the first time since surgery this week.  She said you look good.... You worked for it right, I mean you didnt have surgery.  WOW  if she only knew how much work this really is.  I told her I had the surgery and smiled and left it at that.  Who cares if she thinks I took the easy way out.... Hell... She said I looked good.  Ill dwell on that !!  After 66 lbs down I dont see the difference too much myslef but I know its there because I went from a size 24 to an 18. and I see it in my face when I compare pictures.Sooo here are the pics I promised.  First 2 befor  second 2 after.

Great job!  I can't stand it when people thing the surgery is the easy way out....I have so not had it easy.  I just ignore those folks and move on.  Be proud of yourself!  You look great!

Looking Great!! It's something I'm looking forward too. I'm 31/2 weeks out from my surgery, taking it one day at a time. It's amazing people think that surgery is the easy way out.This is one of the  most difficult decisions I've ever had to make! But when I  see all the successes on this board like no more diabetes, high blood pressure, joint pain and more it's  confirmation I made the right decision. Again CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU and I can't wait to  post my 5 month pics!
