I could have yogurt with NO FRUIT after day 3, but really you need to ask your doctor.

Yogurt (plain) and sugar-free pudding were both on my "full liquid" stage, and that is before my mushy/puree stage. The best thing to do is check with your surgeon.

Fruit was not allowed because of the sugar content, and chunks especially during the healing process.

I was allowed greek yogurt (no fruit) after 5 days.  i lived on yogurt for 3 weeks (before the mushy stage) as i couldn't tolerage protein drinks.

You can't have anything that won't pass through a strainer.

Surgeon's plans vary widely.  You should ask your surgeon or dietician.

Part of the full liquid diet was yogurt, without fruit.  I added sugar free pudding.  If you are on a full liquid diet, most likely yogurt is allowed, but I agree with others that you should check with your WLS program or surgeon.

My surgeon said liquids only for 3 weeks and he clarified by saying if it doesn't easily go through a strainer, then I can't have it!
