I heard a few people complain about not having energy, and I've been told that taking some B-12 helps. You can get it a few ways, through injections, pills, or oral dissolving strips.
I would advise talking to your family doctor or surgeon before starting this though.
Do you take a daily multi-vit as well?
With labs being good, did you get a copy??? I love my doctors, but I trend my own labs, and I make sure they are checking EVERYTHING.
B12, and folate are big ones that are sometimes missed. And, B12 is the one of the biggest deficiencies along with iron with VSG. Along with B12, Vitamin D and D3 can be missed, also a full thyroid panel is needed.
As much as we hear. you're labs are good, we need to see them for ourselves.
My energy soared once I dropped the first 70-80lbs, but I was also extremely diligent with my vitamin and supplements.
What vitamin/supplement regimen are you currently on? Are you sleeping peacefully, and are you under "new" stress? Those can also contribute to lack of energy.

I'm in the same boat ladies... Had labs checked, demanded a copy of my own... Everything within normal range except sugar (makes sense because I was fasting). I'm good about my vitamins, water and protein. It just doesn't make sense to me. Some days are better than others but no one can give me an answer as to why I'm always fatigued. Hope you're feeling better soon!
