I could not. It was about 2 weeks before I could lay comfortably on my side. I slept propped up with pillows. I have read that some people slept in a chair.
I like calling North Carolina home!!! Go Tarheels!
I slept on my side in the hospital. Never had a problem with it. But it's all question of whether you're comfortable or not, and some people take longer.
thanks guys! so i guess it's not a matter if you "shouldn't", just a matter if it's comfortable. hope i can, cause mama's back won't like that too much!!
i go for my pre-testing monday. nov. 7 is getting CLOSE!
I had to wait almost four weeks before I was able to sleep in my left side, my right side was like two weeks after surgery. Just wait and little by little you get there.
I'm 8.5 weeks out and I still can't sleep on my side because of Acid Reflux...It's BAD! I even bought a Wedge Pillow to prop myself up. I hope it changes becasue I LOVE sleeping on my side not my back!
