Tonights dinner!!

Cooler weather equals soup!


Hearty Hamburger Soup is in tonights bowls!

1.5lbs of ex lean beef
1 onion
3 celery stalks
4 carrots chopped
1 28oz can of No Name stewed tomatoes
1/2 c of barley, but, I used orzo tonight
1 can of Campbells tomatoe soup
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp tyme
3 more cups of water with oxo beef bouillon
Salt and pepper to taste.

Brown beef and drain. Add all ingredients to a stock pot and simmer for atleast two hours!...

Freezes well!!

I love good old Hamburger soup. Mine is similar but I also add a small bag of shredded cabbage like the kind they sell for slaw.

 This does look yummy although I never had hamburger soup before but there is always a first :) Yes I would like the nutrient stats on this as well. THANK YOU FOR POSTING AND GOD BLESS
