OK y'alls.....

This is some perfect VSG meals for yah !!!!

Many of us.....including myself..... thought eating was over after WLS.... I'm into and enjoy food more now than ever........It's just not about quantity anymore....."Quality Rules!"

Embrace the food....Work with the food.... It's a new relationship with food......As brownblonde put it so eloquently....... A non-abusive relationship with food !!!!!

If you eat like this..... you will do well !!!!

Way to go Donna!!!

Holy crap!!! both of those look good, but possibly it's cuz I'm still hungry after eating only half of my dinner after chipping my back tooth on a damn bone.  My hubs didn't properly check the pork roast to make sure it was completely free of bones *sigh* off to the dentist in the morning lol
