A new salad idea

Hey everyone! Hope all are doing great. I just thought I'd pop in and let you all know what I've been stuffing my face with for the past couple days!

Edamame Lentil Cacao Nib salad.

What, you say? Cacao nibs are chocolate!! You're RIGHT. But with NO sugar at all.

So, mix the edamame, lentils and a tablespoon (or more) of cacao nibs together and marinate in ff italian dressing. YUM!

It's deli****he nibs add a chewy kind of bitter taste that is not really chocolate, but with all the good bennies of chocolate! ENJOY!
