FIGHTING THANKSGIVING EATS

I am strugling with the desire to have some potatoe salad and good ole southern cornbread dressing.. I pray I have the strength to make it through this day.. I did have some small bites of potatoe salad.. I am sitting on my bed right now just thinking that I am very weak..

I pray everyone has the strength to stay focused today..

I am very thankfull for this time with my family..

Move on.... be strong.....

Being thinner and fitting into great clothes feels better than those foods taste.....

Next year at Thanksgiving you can have a small amount of everything.....
