L: my first turkey sandwich (i used weigh****chers whole wheat bread - 40 cal, 9g carbs, 3g protein - and its not totally nasty)

S: hard boiled egg, protein shake later

D: tbd - prob chicken and veggies or left over turkey

B: "green" shake w/ unflavored protein powder
L: eggface's ricotta bake (1/4 c)
S: 3oz ground up hamburger
D: 3 oz ground up turkey w/ a little broth to moisten
